On November 19, the DuPage Mayors and Managers Conference (DMMC) membership unanimously approved the 2026 Legislative Action Program (LAP). The document outlines four legislative priorities for 2026: Protect Sustainable Municipal Pensions, Invest in Local Communities, Modernize Public Records Management, and Adapt to Evolving Mobility Choices. The Conference will also utilize the LAP to take positions on other legislation impacting municipalities in DuPage.
