Roselle Mayor David Pileski has been elected President of the DuPage Mayors and Managers Conference for 2025-2026. Pileski succeeds Elmhurst Mayor Scott M. Levin as the organization’s 64th President and the fourth from the Village of Roselle.
Joining him in leadership are Wheaton Mayor Philip J. Suess (Vice President), Warrenville City Administrator Cristina White (Secretary/Treasurer), and Elmhurst Mayor Scott M. Levin (Immediate Past President).
Pileski has served as the Conference’s Vice President and as Deputy Director of the Legislative Committee during his two years on the Board of Directors.
The Conference, a coalition of 35 municipalities throughout DuPage County, unanimously elected Pileski during its annual business meeting in April.
Pileski has served the Roselle community since 2017, first as a Trustee and Mayor since 2021. Suess has served as the Mayor of Wheaton since 2019 after being a Councilman since 2005.
Under their leadership, the Conference will continue its longstanding mission to promote effective municipal government and foster intergovernmental cooperation throughout the DuPage County municipalities and across the state.
