On November 20, the DuPage Mayors and Managers Conference (DMMC) membership unanimously approved the 2025 Legislative Action Program (LAP). The document outlines four legislative priorities for 2025: Municipal Revenue and Unfunded Mandates, Sustainable Public Pension Systems, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Open Meetings Act (OMA), and Transportation and Infrastructure. The Conference will also utilize the LAP to take positions on other legislation impacting municipalities in DuPage.
