The following committees, along with the Board of Directors and staff, carry out Conference activities and oversee the implementation of the objectives. The committees are organized into the following four major program areas.
Intergovernmental-Planning Program
The purpose of this Committee is to review intergovernmental issues and generate discussion that addresses both the policy and the technical nature of these issues. Intergovernmental issues are defined as issues whose practice or resolution involves interacting with other agencies – either through collaboration or negotiation. The outcome of the Committee’s discussion will include issue summaries and/or recommendations for the DMMC Board of Directors.
